Weekly News — 14 June 2026

Our Summer Fayre is on Sunday 14 June at 12noon-4pm!

This year we start early - so food and drink are available on the spot - don’t go home after church - feed your children and yourselves at our BBQ!

Live music (our Jazz Band with our new Director of Music on bass - and a set by Michael Hill from Noisy Mass and Instagram!)

Children’s competitions, crafts, toy sale, and much more - run by Chatty Church.

Drinks served to your table on the lawn all afternoon.

Relax, chat, try the tombola, take cake slices away for the week!

Our Patronal Sung Mass is at 10.30 - if you have one, do wear a red rose in your lapel as we give thanks for the encouragement of Barnabas. With thanks to our flowers team who have decked the church with red blooms.

I look forward to seeing those of you who can there - and we hold our whole newsletter family in prayer on this feast of encouragement and connection.  Prayers and God’s blessing to all,

Mother Sarah

Four volunteers pose with clipboards outside for the Churches Nature Count

Last Saturday the Churches Nature Count took place - the team was joined by our expert botanist Roger Watson alongside Garden Team co-lead Dilys Griffiths.  Despite tough weather, the Count went well, and found our wild flowers flourishing in number.

- just like any valued relationship.

It takes 5 minutes to set up regular giving - and the benefit is limitless to this community.

To get set up, or to review your regular giving, our easy form can be filled in HERE

Thank you!
