The church garden on a sunny day, with bunting strung between the trees and the church, gazebos on the lawn, and people gathered on the grass beside the church

Our Garden Team tends the churchyard and garden that surround the church — the green space that welcomes everyone who comes along Pitshanger Lane, and the setting for the Summer Fayre and so much of our life together.

The team meets on the first Saturday morning of the month, with refreshments to keep everyone going. There is always something to do, whatever the season — planting, weeding, pruning, tidying — and always time for a cup of tea and a chat.

New hands are always welcome, whether you are a seasoned gardener or have never picked up a trowel. No experience is needed — just come along, or get in touch first if you would like to know more.
