Warmest greetings for Eastertide,
As we wrapped up Holy Week and are now embracing Eastertide, a group of us met this week for supper and a chat about our Lent podcast and book, Listening to the Music of the Soul. We had a really thoughtful and supportive evening.
This Sunday we kick off our admission to holy communion preparation, with Hazelle’s baptism in the 10.30 Mass and all candidates involved and learning about the sacraments. We will all refresh our understanding and encounter with baptism in the course of our worship.
Do note below that on 3 May the FHC group will have pizza and we will all have a gathering after the service to welcome Luca.
With love and prayers for a continued Eastertide,
Mother Sarah

Scenes from Holy Week and Easter
Compline; the deserted Gethsemane; sacristan and vicar planning!; Ealing Churches Good Friday Walk of Witness; Good Friday children’s workshop tombs; Holy Saturday morning prayer; Saturday church cleaning and decorating; the Easter Garden created by families; Easter Vigil; Easter Day. We don’t generally take photos of children’s activities but the Easter Egg Hunt was also a real success. What a blessed week!
