Time and space to reflect, pray and just be. This reflective morning will offer a very gentle introduction to Christian contemplative practices and how they can help us draw in oxygen for the soul in our daily lives. Led jointly by Fr Justin Dodd, Dn Jill Scott and Mth Valerie Aitken, the morning will take place at St Katherine, Limehouse. A spiritual oasis in central London, St Katherine’s offers the ideal place to escape, recharge and refresh.
